1. Overview

This policy explains how QuickTool UA (the “site”) handles data and which technical services it uses. It does not replace individual advice about data protection.

2. Data entered into the tools

Tools perform calculations locally in your browser using JavaScript. Values you enter are intended for processing on this page and are not intended to be transmitted to the site owner; the site does not store them or results on a server. Your browser, operating system, extensions, and network providers may still process ordinary technical data. Do not enter passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.

3. Registration and accounts

The site is free and does not require registration, an account, or a paid subscription. The site does not create a user account or profile.

4. Browser local storage

The site stores only the theme preference qt_theme and, if you make a choice, the analytics-consent preference qt_analytics_consent in your browser's localStorage. Your selected language, entered values, and calculation results are not intentionally stored in localStorage. You can remove these settings with the site's data in your browser.

5. Optional analytics

Analytics is off by default. Google Analytics 4 (a Google LLC service) is loaded only after you consent; the analytics script is not loaded before a choice is made. If you allow it, Google Analytics may set first-party cookies, such as _ga and an identifier-specific variant, and may collect technical data such as page views, approximate region, device type, and referrer to provide aggregate usage and performance statistics. Values entered in the tools are not intended to be sent to analytics. Retention depends on the current Google Analytics settings and applicable Google terms; this site does not claim a fixed retention period. Declining prevents the analytics script from loading on later visits. No advertising services are used.

6. Hosting and technical data

The site is served through Cloudflare infrastructure. The infrastructure provider may process standard request data, such as an IP address, user agent, and request time, for delivery, security, and abuse prevention. The provider's own retention periods and rules apply separately; this site does not set a fixed period for them.

7. No volatile market data

The tools use the values you enter and fixed formulas. The site does not provide volatile market, currency-exchange, stock-exchange, or news data. For time-sensitive decisions, check official and primary sources.

8. External links

The site may link to external resources. Those third-party services are responsible for their content, data processing, and privacy practices; the site owner does not control them.

9. Limitations and liability

Tools are provided free “as is” for general, educational, and everyday tasks. Results may be rounded or omit taxes, fees, exchange rates, legal requirements, and other special conditions. Check important decisions independently. The site does not provide professional financial, tax, legal, medical, or investment advice. To the extent permitted by law, the site owner is not liable for loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the tools.

This policy may be updated. The date of the last change is shown at the top of the page; review this section after an update.
